Duta Puri Island Resort is set on the beautiful island named Kapas Island (or Pulau Kapas). It was built in 1993 and is set on 1.6 acres of prime beach front where its sand is as soft and as white as cotton. Hence it is aptly called Kapas Island as "Kapas" means cotton in the local Malay Language. Laze at the beachside on one of the hammocks and drifts off to the peaceful sounds of the waves of the deep blue ocean. Feel the fresh breeze caress you as you let all your cares go. You may even opt for some sporting activities of jungle trekking or snorkeling at its crystal clear waters and admire the lovely live corals and colorful fishes.
