GUEST: A guaranteed number of guests is
required upon confirmation and not less
than (30) Thirty days prior to the arrival
date.
Any POSTPONEMENT or CANCELLATION or REDUCTION
of rooms will result in a 50% cancellation
fee on the reduced amount. Cancellation
or Reduction less than (14) Fourteen days
will be imposed 100% cancellation fees.
