day of check-in
Payment must be received in advance to guarantee

cards (VISA & MSATER)
Short /Long term rental or lease are also
available.
Rule
& Regulations
Check-in time between 3.00pm to 5.00pm
Check-out time 12.00 noon (surcharge shall
be levied for extension time stay subject
to available of apartment unit)
Every guest is required to have their particulars
filled in to facilitate movement within the
premise, otherwise they would not be permitted
to enter the compound.
No visitor are allowed in after midnight.
Important notes
Occupants are to keep the whole Apartment
Unit and its contents clean, tidy and in order
at all times, otherwise, a surcharge will
be imposed accordingly.
The management reserves the right at all times
to charge or reallocate another Apartment
Unit as and when the circumstances warrant
even though the Apartment Unit has been pre-allocated
upon booking and payment made.
All occupants are required to strictly comply
with the house rules and regulations. Any
non-compliance may result in guests being
removed or evicted without compensation. |
