TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rates are quoted nett in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) inclusive all applicable taxes.
Packages are subject to availability. Airport tax and fuel surcharge
are subject to changes. Berjaya Hotels & Resort will not be held liable
for any transportation changes resulting in rescheduling, cancellation or delay.
Not applicable for group bookings Package valid from 01 March to 31 Oct
2008 Packages are applicable to Malaysians, Permanent Residents of Malaysia
and ASEAN Nationals only. The Management reserves the right to alter, amend,
delete or add to these conditions or withdraw the package at any time without
prior notice. SURCHARGE Surcharge of RM70.00 nett per
room per night applies during school holidays and weekends (Fridays & Saturdays
only) Surcharge of RM130.00 nett per room per night applies during
eve of, public holidays and from 1 July till 31 August (including both
dates). Surcharge of RM50.00 nett per person applies for flights via
Berjaya Air from 1 July till 31 August (including both dates for Air- inclusive
packages only).
Extra Bed RM60.00 nett per bed per night applies
for Deluxe Garden View Chalet category onwards (except Premier Suite). Maximum
3 adults per room OR 2 adults + 2 children (maximum 1 extra bed per room).
Marine Park Conversation Fund RM5.00
per adult and RM2.50 nett per child is applicable upon visiting the Marine Park
at Redang Island. Cash payment to be made directly at the Airport/Jetty
TRANSPORTATION RM60.00
nett adult and RM40.00 nett per child applies for return airport transfer.
(Kuala Terengganu Airport/ Shahbandar Jetty/ Kuala Terengganu Airport)
RM120.00 nett per adult and RM70.00 nett per child applies for return

BERJAYA AIR Return
air fare for infants under the age of 2 years are priced at RM70.00 nett,
inclusive of insurance surcharge (Subang/ Redang/ Subang). Tickets issued
are non- refundable.
